Colines is glad to offer you FROM NOVEMBER 9 TO 14 2009 the possibility to see an extrusion line in exercise for the production of something different from the traditional “cartonplast”.

The line we are going to show you is for the production of PP alveolar sheets, which Colines® registered as BubbleGuard®, a patented product and process.

The product of such line has some peculiar characteristics:

1)     INNOVATIVE PRODUCT: in comparison to the traditional “cartonplast” the product is new on the market. In fact, due to previous exclusives, up to now only two lines of this type are in production in Europe.

2)     PRINTABILITY: the BubbleGuard®production process allows to produce a sheet with a surface particularly adequate for printing, both for glossy and for matt printing versions

3)     IN LINE LAMINATION: with this line the sheet can be laminated with the most different products: pre-printed film, Wowen Non Wowen, PP fabric, PP foam, and so on…

4)     HIGHER PRODUCTIVITY: this type of line allows to have a strongly higher productivity than similar lines for the production of “cartonplast”.

5)     MECHANICAL RESISTANCE: the alveolar product is particular adequate to resist to the mechanical stress in any direction.
