VALFILM North America doubles with COLINES® wide multilayer cast stretch film lines

A NEW 6-UP LINE GOING TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

VALFILM North America, based in Findlay (OH) and part of VALGROUP (one of the largest manufacturers of rigid and flexible packaging in South America), reconfirms its trust in COLINES® technology by purchasing its second wide multilayer ALLrollEX® 3000 extrusion line for the production of cast stretch film. The line will further boost their production capacity in North America and will be adding value to their products.

The first wide (6-UP) multilayer ALLrollEX® line purchased two years ago proved to be very flexible, meeting a wide variety of jobs with minimum changeover and to manufacture high quality / high output multilayer cast stretch film in all rolls format of the market.
The new 6-UP multilayer ALLrollEX® line, in addition, will be equipped with latest technological developments designed by COLINES® especially to reduce energy consumption, minimize maintenance operations on the line and improve consistency/traceability of the final product through innovations carried out with COLINES® Industry 4.0 program.
A new ergonomic extrusion line layout design coupled with an efficient technical solution for multiple in-line slitting of short rolls will deliver to VALFILM North America the maximum flexibility in the market.

COLINES® is very proud to be re-confirmed as a reliable supplier by a very high end and demanding customer as VALGROUP for cast stretch film lines and future projects.

“We care about securing our customers’ shipments,” said Dan Maiorino, Commercial Operations Manager of VALFILM, “COLINES® technology combined with our film design know-how have allowed us to push the limits of film optimization, consistency and load stability.”

This important sale once again confirms COLINES® leading position as a cast film line manufacturer targeting North America to be the number one market for its equipment in 2018.
