Coated film
The extrusion coating process involves a huge number of different kinds of applications as food, medical, hygienic, cosmetic packaging, as well as and building, and roofing sectors.
The final coated products can range from laminates of aluminium foil, paper and cast, blown or bi-oriented films to TPU / PVC based foil with various types of weaves.
Generally the extrusion coating line layout is composed of one or more extrusion coating units, one or more unwinding stations and primer units permitting to obtain coated products with different characteristics.
