COLINES^® would like to thank all guests who visited our booth during the PLAST ’12 show in Milan, from 8^th to 12^th May 2012.

Despite the spreading financial crisis, we registered a significant number of visitors mainly from Italy, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Eastern Europe.

Our HANDrollEX^® 1000 line was the only cast stretch film line in production at the exhibition in addition to a JUMBOrollEX^® line-2000 in function at Azzate factory.

The line, which was purchased by an Asian stretch film manufacturer, produced manual and automatic reels on 2” and 3” with different thicknesses, reaching the following performances:

Output: 320 kg/h (10 µ) – 400 kg/h (12 µ) – 500 kg/h (15 µ)

Speed: 570 m/min (10 µ) – 600 m/min (12 e 15 µ)

The line was equipped with the newest management solutions developed by our associated company ELAV, an in-line quality control by camera and was completed with a fully automatic palletizing system.
