technology-kit, with fully pneumatic system air-shafts, developed jointly
with NO.EL® (which is part
of the COLINES® Holding Group)
and based on a historic patent of the company, ALLRollEX®
lines can guarantee the production of coreless film in line at over 500
m/min, with further significant improvements coming soon, on both 2'' and
3'' reels with all thickness-range.

technology guarantees an increase in production speed estimated of over 70%
compared to competitors and resolves all the critical issues of
low-reliability and low-speed of the current systems. Moreover, the quality
of the finished product is also superior to those previously achieved
thanks to COLINES®’ VPA (Virtual
