At the last K exhibition (Düsseldorf, 2025), COLINES® in partnership with ExxonMobil introduced highest quality in-line coreless HTHW – High Tenacity Hand Wrap stretch film with 35% of PCR.
Since then, several of our customers have been running this solution in their current industrial production and everyone could experience the key advantage of COLINES® technology for in-line coreless stretch film reels: delivering consistently high production speeds exceeding 500 m/min, as witnessed by the video you can find enclosed (or click HERE). This when other suppliers lines currently run around 400 m/min.
This
results into approximately 25% higher productivity, which means to
significantly increase daily output while maintaining the same operating
schedule.
Long
story short: a line running at these speeds can deliver the equivalent
of around 30 hours of production within a standard 24-hour day, when
compared to standard production speeds.
