A 5-layer POLYCAST® line, web width 2500 mm, for the production of CPP film for lamination was shown in the factory of Nibbia last February and reached the following performances:
- peak net output: 1270 kg/h
- peak production speed: 400 m/min
- energy consumption down to 0.388 kW/kg
- target film production reached in less than 15 minutes.
On the same line we have tested materials which are widely used on the Asian market for metallization/lamination film, reaching the following targets results:
- thickness: 20 microns
- production speed: 360 m/min
