COLINES® will attend BIAME2017, Beijing International Automotive Manufacturing & Industrial Assembly Expo, taking place on 19-21, July, 2017 at Beijing-China International Exhibition Center.
Visit our Booth 4016 - Hall 4 and meet our Sales Manager Dario Pagetti to discover the several applications of our Bubble Guard® Board alveolar sheets in the automotive field!
WHAT IS BUBBLE GUARD® BOARD?
Bubble Guard® is an alveolar 100% PP sheet which combines great versatility and high performances: it is 100% recyclable, non-toxic, resistant to mechanical stress and chemical agents, thermoformable, perfectly printable in digital and screen printing, with a weight range from 200 gr/sqm to 4000 gr/sqm and a thickness range from 2 to 35 mm and above.
The versatility of the product, its efficiency (it is light but highly resistant),the wide range of processing and laminating possibilities (with PP and PET textile, carpet, EPP foam and other decorative and/or printed films) make this sheet the right replacement for more expensive materials and the best solution to fulfil the requests of the most disparate branches: automotive, steelworks, woodworks, building and construction, furniture factories, cosmetics, pharmaceutics, removals, glassworks, food and beverage, graphics, advertising and logistics.
SOME APPLICATIONS IN THE AUTOMOTIVE
AUTOMOTIVE INTERIORS
Head liner, rear seat back cover, trunk carpet,
side trunk cover, door panel, protection carpet, etc.
The lower weight of Bubble Guard®, compared with standard materials traditionally used, reduces fuel expenses with great economic benefits, something real for the environment. Bubble Guard® can be laminated in-line with carpet or textile, die-punched and thermoformed.
AUTOMOTIVE PACKAGING COLLAPSIBLE AND RETURNABLE BOXES
Thanks to the alveolar structure, Bubble Guard® grants a very high resistance to compression in both directions and can be used to replace cardboard, wooden and iron boxes with relevant results. It is able to carry a lot of pressure when opened up, but then it’ s only about 40 mm thick when it is compacted horizontally.
