assistant that helps you in the daily running of your extrusion line by
automating many of the most time-consuming operations without the need for
human intervention.
By
directly typing on the HMI control panel of your COLINES® extrusion line, MASTERMIND® will enable all of these
operations:
- AUTOMAPPING®, auto die mapping (no manual
adjustment required)
- Automatic change of reel size
without halting the extrusion line (available for ALLROLLEX®
lines)
- Automatic change of reel net
width without halting the extrusion line (available for POLYCAST®
lines)
- Interfacing with MES Live
Control (also made by COLINES®) for Big Data analysis and
production monitoring
- Easy maintenance mode
Other
smart features are under development and will be made available soon.

to MASTERMIND®, your COLINES® extrusion line will
