During
the darkest hours of the Covid-19 pandemic, we stated that it was not time to
give up and we never did so. As a matter of fact, being firmly convinced that
the world would have soon bounced back after coming to a screeching halt, we
heavily invested in order to be ready to satisfy the market’s requests in the
recovery phase.
We
decided to carry on our “quick delivery policy” and that is why we can proudly
say that we have two of our world-renowned ALLrollEX® cast lines for stretch film
production available. One is a 1500mm width line, equipped with 4 extruders and
5 layers and it is ready for immediate delivery; other one is a 3000 mm width
line, with 7 extruders and 9 layers and will be ready for delivery by the end
of november.
Both lines are equipped with the latest Cloeren touchless reflex
die and with the 5-patents ALLSPEEDY®
IV winder, for the production of hand, machine and jumbo (up to
60 kg!) reels and have the low-consumption and high-efficiency refeeding system
BIGMOUTH®.
The highlighted lines can also process recycled raw materials,
thanks to the brand-new designed GDS®
screws and can optionally be equipped to produce coreless reels.
