SECOND-HAND 3-LAYER CAST FILM LINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF STRETCH FILM, USEFUL WIDTH 1500 mm COMPOSED AS FOLLOWS:
n° 1 steel supporting platform for extruders and die
n° 3 extruders (60-120-60), with d.c. motors, filter changers and thermoregulated necks
n° 1 automatic die and 3 layer feed block
n° 1 dual chamber vacuum box with hoses, blowers and inverters.
n° 2 electrostatic edges fixing units with control box
n° 1 chill roll-group (800 + 345 mm.) assembled on wheels with slip control, rotating joints, forward/backward movements with motoreducer
n° 1 automatic thickness control
n° 1 film oscillator (randomizer)
n° 1 automatic contact winder for the production of jumbo and machine rolls, complete with take off and automatic shaft handling unit ( for finished roll unloading and new cores loading in automatic way)
in-line trims recovery and reprocessing system (pelletizer type by prealpine )
operator control board with line supervisor
electric cabinets with cables and connections
gravimetric dosing system with 4 components for side extruders and 5 component on central extruder
