MDO (Machine-direction-orientation unit)
Through its patented heating system with infrared rays heaters inside the toller, the orientation takes place without any temperature dissipation,
which is a common fault of standard tollers caused by the heat exchanges. This minimizes the energy consumption as well.
FLEXIWIND® II
Designed for high production speeds. Can work either in contact mode or in gap mode.
Allows for a standard winding diameter of 1200mm in single reel production.
PERFORM-EX® EXTRUDERS
TThe new concept barrier screws allow an easy extrusion with high output of an extremely wide range of products,
from the tougher heterophasic block copolymers (MFl<1g/10') to the softer copolymers/terpolymers (MFl>12 g/10'),
LDPE, LLDPE, Metallocene, MDPE, PA, EVA and high crystalline homopolymers.
PERFORM-EX® extruders are equipped with IR heaters.
